BAYERN-GENETIK PEPPO – a Fleckvieh legend
The PRAEFEKT line was during the 60’s and 70’s very famous for milk production but some of the bulls showed inferior quality in feet & legs. The line got almost extinct in Germany but semen of the PERUTZ son PEPPO was imported from Switzerland and used on some top cows. HUSAR, a PEPPO son reestablished the line with bulls like BAYERN-GENETIK HUMBERG and HUSALDO in Germany and Austria respectively.
